The Band's final release is a collection of some of its favorite songs as well as some new music by Band leader Al Todd.  Beginning with new updated versions of two of the Bands older but most requested originals.  "Cleansing Waters" is based on an experience from childhood of a real tent revival and baptism in the river.  It celebrates a repentant soul that is washed clean.  " Angel by my side" was inspired by a God moment long ago feeling a spiritual helping hand which turned to a song during a hurricane on the outer banks.  It is a true story.  'I Believe' is also arranged anew and is one of the Band's favorite songs for that postlude dance party!  We also recorded favorites like "Good Rain", a version of a Trever Hall reggae tune, 'The Storm is Passing Over" - an old traditional, and Alli and the Band's incredible version of Patti Smith's "Up to the Mountain", a musical interpretation of the MLK speech, and finally a favorite Tommy Walker tune in "Speak to Me".  Finally, one of several songs Al wrote during the pandemic, "Call on Me" is a metaphor for always being able to call on Jesus.  The CD ends with our street choir version of the Gospel.
